✅ Position Overview

Bitget is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead user growth and operations in the Korean market. This role focuses on developing and executing operational strategies to increase user engagement, boost trading volume, and expand global channels.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution:

   Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including online/offline events, community management, and content marketing.

2. Channel Expansion & Management:

   Expand global channels through KOL partnerships and community building; improve efficiency through data analysis.

3. User Growth Strategy:

   Analyze user behavior data to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

4. Data Analysis & Optimization:

   Track operational metrics and build data-driven optimization and analytics systems.

5. Competitor Analysis:

   Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

✅ Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in the internet industry (experience in overseas markets is a plus).
3. Experience in social media management, content marketing, and user growth.
4. Strong skills in campaign planning, execution, and data analysis.
