Develop and optimize core chatbot algorithms, integrate cutting-edge dialogue management technologies, enhance coherence, logic, and accuracy in conversations, and improve the handling of complex dialogue scenarios.
Intent Recognition and Entity Extraction in NLP:
Design and implement high-precision models for intent understanding and entity extraction, enhancing model generalization and robustness through algorithmic optimization.
FAQ Embedding Model Optimization:
Develop and train embedding models tailored to FAQ scenarios, improving retrieval accuracy and recall in line with business characteristics.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to integrate NLP technologies into products, optimize algorithms based on business feedback, and support business development initiatives.
Education:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
NLP Expertise:
Strong theoretical and practical understanding of NLP techniques such as lexical analysis, syntactic parsing, and semantic understanding. Hands-on experience with major architectures like Transformer, BERT, and GPT.
Experience:
At least 5 years of practical experience in the NLP field, preferably with hands-on involvement in chatbot dialogue systems, intent recognition, entity extraction, or FAQ system development.
Programming & Deep Learning:
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Ability to independently develop and optimize NLP models.
Data Processing:
Skilled in cleaning, annotating, and performing feature engineering on large-scale text datasets.
Research & Innovation:
Preferred candidates will have experience publishing NLP-related papers or achieving outstanding results in NLP competitions.
Teamwork & Communication:
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
