✅ Position Overview

LPLPLP is seeking an HRBP Manager to lead organizational development and human resources strategy at its Dubai-based operations. This role will oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations, while playing a key role in strengthening the corporate culture.


✅ Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational development
  2. Manage core HR modules including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee benefits
  3. Enhance HR planning systems and streamline related processes
  4. Design and execute employee training and career development plans
  5. Foster a strong corporate culture and maintain harmonious employee relations
  6. Participate in HR-related decision-making and provide strategic support to senior management

✅ Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Planning, Business Administration, or related fields
  2. 5–8 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  3. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR operational processes
  4. Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  5. Strong strategic thinking and HR planning capabilities
  6. Fluency in both Chinese and English
  7. Willingness to relocate and work in Dubai
