✅ Key Responsibilities

1. M&A and Strategic Transactions Management

• Oversee global M&A, partnerships, investments, strategic transactions, and corporate structuring initiatives.
• Identify and implement mitigation strategies for commercial and structural risks within the company.
• Represent LPLPLP in negotiations with commercial parties when appropriate.

2. External Counsel Management

• Oversee selection, engagement, work product review, fee arrangements, and issue resolution with external law firms.
• Optimize external legal support in areas such as M&A, JVs, partnerships, and commercial contract terms.

3. Legal Advisory & Team Leadership

• Provide practical, commercially sound legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and represent the legal team throughout the lifecycle of matters.
• Lead recruitment, development, performance management, and overall capability building of the legal team.

4. Corporate Governance

• Supervise incorporation, dissolution, and general governance of group entities and directors.
• Support internal education initiatives to enhance legal awareness and manage regulatory risk.

5. Business Support

• Partner with business teams to facilitate deal execution and manage legal workflows.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency in legal processes.
