✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Functions
- Optimize internal control systems through compliance risk assessments and business process improvements.
- Ensure regular training and internal compliance for all employees.
- Manage internal process risk and prepare regulatory reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to payment institutions through development and regular review of internal procedures.
- Analyze legal and regulatory guidelines and monitor legislative changes.
- Prepare compliance reports and submit them to regulators such as the Bank of Lithuania.
- Regularly assess and monitor internal and external compliance risk factors.
- Evaluate the compliance program and implement necessary improvements.
- Conduct internal compliance audits when necessary.
- Evaluate work quality of compliance team members and provide additional training as needed.
- Maintain communication and reporting with the Financial Crime Investigation Service (FCIS) and other Lithuanian authorities.
- Participate in AML training, meetings, and seminars to improve processes and mitigate risks.
2. Risk Management
- Develop and maintain systems and control frameworks.
- Implement governance and supervisory tools to mitigate business risks.
- Monitor risk appetite and tolerance levels.
- Define key risk indicators and report incidents and breaches to executive management and shareholder meetings.
